I’m here to meet you. Love and powerful connection are what make me get out of bed in the morning. I love to learn, grow and create. I love the nature, the outdoors, animals, painting, creating, yoga, swimming, running, biking, skiing, horseback riding and meditation.
I am living a dream-come-true on an acreage/hobby farm in Vernon, BC, the beautiful Okanagan. I’m the Mom of three magnificent kids, 18, 16, and 13, and a wonderful husband.
I believe that people are fundamentally good; they are naturally creative, resourceful and whole. There is nothing to “fix” – rather what takes us off track is our unquestioned thoughts and beliefs. I believe that we are the creators of our lives.
It starts with you. I believe the issues we are facing in the world right now will begin to solve themselves when we can find our own inner peace.
When we can learn to fully love and accept ourselves wholeheartedly and unconditionally. We can step into, and own all the parts of us – and realize that the “good”, and the “bad” are merely judgments that no longer serve us. Then we can begin to live authentically and fearlessly. Everything that happens grows us, and we are eternally grateful for the beauty in all things and in all people. You are exactly where you’re supposed to be right now. The path to the life of your dreams starts here now.

I have been continuing my coach training through the Lucid Living Great Story Coaching Program. This program provides an beautiful structure to understand, take ownership and build powerful new beliefs.
I completed a 10 month intensive retreat-based Leadership program also through the Coaches Training Institue. This intensive, experiential learning program was a deep dive into self development and empowering leadership principles.
Pyschology & Business:
I received a Bachelor’s degree with a double-major in Psychology and Business from the University of Western Ontario.
I have completed the Equine Facilitator Training through The Equine Connection Coaching. I believe that horses provide a unique window to our souls. They are sentient beings that have so much to teach us about ourselves.
I’ve recently completeted my 200 hour yoga teacher training with Eoin Finn’s Blissology Yoga School. I believe that our body keeps the score of all that happens to us in our lives. I believe that through a nurturing relationship with our bodies, we uncover deeper wisdom and connection within us than our minds can comprehend.
After hundreds of hours of courses, workshops and meditations, after studying hundreds of books, listening to countless hours of audios, spending years painstaking seeking and searching for answers… I have learned that all the joy, love, richness, happiness, authentic success, abundance, harmony, and peace…. all reside within you.
Having spent a number of years working my way up through the oil and gas industry in Calgary, I held a high power/high stakes position in logistics and expediting for a well servicing company in Western Siberia. I learned how easy it is to become completely immersed in work and lose life balance.
I started a successful entertainment newspaper in Banff/Canmore area. As an entrepreneur, I learned not only about hard work, determination and the importance of self worth; as it carries over to every aspect of your life. To create the newspaper, I honed skills in communication, creativity, curiosity, and an appreciation for the vitality of community, and the gifts that every individual can bring to the table.
As a graphic designer, I learned the fine art of distilling a huge amount of information down to its primal essence or true nature. It is far easier to be complex than it is to be simple. We tend to make our lives infinitely complex, and lose sight of our true nature.
As an artist, I embraced the joy of creating, becoming, intuition, being completely present, and listening to your heart.
